    This key match-up among undefeated Yale Cup I teams was a hard-fought, close chess match for the first three quarters, with the Macks leading 57-48 at the end of the third. At about the six minute mark of the fourth, the game began to turn in favor of McKinley as the Mack transition game really came alive and the Iprep perimeter game went cold. McKinley outscored the Presidents 34-6 in the final quarter and claimed a 91-54 victory and sole possession of first place in the Yale Cup Large Schools league.
