    Cassadaga Valley and Maple Grove fought back and forth in the first half with CV taking a 4 point halftime lead. Collin Mcpherson for Maple Grove led the Dragons with 3 three pointers and Ace Pierce had 10 for the Cougars. In the second half the Cougars pushed the lead out to 11 at one point early in the 4th quarter with balanced scoring. The Dragons stormed back with strong rebounding and second chance points. The Cougars were able to make enough free throws to hold on for the win. Pierce had 18 and Hawkins had 12 for CV. McPherson scored 15 and Weatherup had 11.
