A fantastic D Sectional Championship match ensued Both teams battling point for point. There were some great point runs only to be answered by a counter determination to battle back. The Comets dropped the first set after leading by 11 points. The same happened with Fabius Pompey running ahead in the second set, but the Comets battled back and took the second , third and fourth set of the match.
