The Otselic Valley/Cincinnatus Vikings pulled away with a non-league victory against the Mater Dei Saints with a strong pitching performance by Avram Moses, and a great team effort at the plate. Avram Moses pitched 5 strong innings, striking out 7 batters and only allowing 4 runs. At the plate, Moses helped his cause, going 2 for 5 with three RBIs. The Vikings had other strong performances from Hunter Rozewski, who went 4 for 4 with two RBIs and three runs scored, along with Braeden Davis who 2 for 5 with an RBI and Troy Miller who chipped with two RBIs of his own. The Vikings will return home to the friendly confines of James Dutton field for a CCL match-up against the Madison Blue Devils on Thursday.
