Weedsport Varsity Field Hockey secured their first win on the turf last night by defeating Cato. Amelia Bradtke and Avery Tomandl scored their first goals for the team. Rounding out the scoring were 2 goals by Kayla Flask, and 1 each by Gabby Jeffers, Ayla Stark, Daisy Milton, and Mackenzie Strong. 2 of those goals were assisted by Peyton DeMaio and Mallory Brown. Jordan Powers played excellent in the midfield. Arie Giacolone had 1 save in the goal. McKenna for Cato had 7 saves in the goal.
